A smolderly oolong from the famous Wu Yi Mountains of China. The shui xian oolong, or "water fairy," is a fine example of stone fruit and minerals. Imagine gently biting into a cherry pit, spitting it out, then rinsing your mouth with cold spring water straight from a mountain creek.

Barley, black sesame, and ground tangerine peels subtly elevate the toasted warmth of this heavily oxidized oolong and extend the sweet mineral aftertaste.

Ideal brewing suggestion:
Shake bottle well before serving, to evenly distribute smaller sized ingredients. Start with 4 grams in 8-10 ounces of water at 195°F. Steep for 3-4 minutes.
