Ingredients: camellia sinensis

Ideal brewing suggestion:
Start with 4 grams in 8-10 ounces of water at 195°F. Steep for 4 minutes. Lasts multiple steeps.

Manderley's secret suggestion:
Using a ratio of 3 grams for every 8 ounces of water, allow tea leaves to steep in room temperature or cold water for 24-48 hours. The gradual steep while avoiding high heat gives room for delicate notes to flourish. This method may yield to higher caffeine levels.
